Maxwell is a doctoral student researching election administration. He founded GAEA with the core principle of centralizing all election data, everywhere, ever. Maxwell is particularly passionate about lower-level elections, where voters often lack the resources to maintain democracy by supervising elections and casting an informed ballot.
