GAEA
Maxwell Clarke

Maxwell Clarke

Executive Director

@maxwelections

Maxwell is a doctoral student interested in studying election administration at all levels of government and around the world. He founded GAEA with the core principle of centralizing all election data, everywhere, ever. The absence of a single place for voters, interested members of the public, news media, lawmakers, and even election administrators to find basic information about the most fundamental aspect of democracy inspired the creation of this organization. Maxwell is particularly passionate about lower-level elections, where voters often lack the resources necessary to uphold democracy by supervising the process of conducting elections and by casting an informed ballot.
